Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed on the same day they are placed, provided the order is confirmed before end of business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free of charge on all orders, regardless of the destination country or order value. No minimum purchase is required.


3. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are as follows:


European Union

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days


United Kingdom

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
  • Please note: the UK is no longer part of the EU customs area — orders may be subject to UK import procedures upon arrival


United States & Canada

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance at the destination


These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. SKALE LABS cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time via our tracking page:

5. Customs Duties & Taxes

For orders delivered outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada), local customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes, or handling fees upon arrival.

Please be aware of the following:

  • You are the importer of record and are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the destination country;
  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient;
  • SKALE LABS has no control over these charges and is unable to predict their amount in advance;
  • In the event that a package is refused, returned, or destroyed due to unpaid customs fees, please contact our customer service team at hello@skalecosmetics.com. Each situation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.


6. Delays & Force Majeure

SKALE LABS cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions, strikes, or operational issues;
  • Customs clearance processes at the destination country;
  • Natural events, adverse weather conditions, or force majeure;
  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at hello@skalecosmetics.com, with your order number and, where applicable, photographic evidence of the damage.

After investigation with the carrier, if the loss or damage is confirmed, SKALE LABS will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
